At SOLE SERIOUSS, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your fashion items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they meet our quality standards for resale.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
